NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-027897 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and Esperanza Gomez, Ruben D. Duque a/k/a Ruben Duque, The Halifax Family Trust #5617, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 23rd day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
