NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2013 and entered in Case No. 12-CC-001070, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein EGYPT LAKE BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC is Plaintiff, and MARINA SCARR, unmarried, REGIONS BANK, AS SUCCESSOR IN MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK areDefendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on July 12, 2013 , in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 101 of Building B of Egypt Lake Beach Club, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 4916, Page 438 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto; and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 9, Page 75.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
