NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 4, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-011938 DIV. C of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-OPT1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OPT1, is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY BROWN; DANICA BROWN; SAND CANYON CORPORATION F/K/A OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION, A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION; BUCKHORN GROVES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MAY 16, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 3, BUCKHORN GROVES PHASE 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 88, PAGE 92 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
