NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 28, 2009, and entered in Case No. 09-014637 DIV K of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-2 ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2,, is the Plaintiff and BARBARA KERSEY AKA BARBARA SEYMOUR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARBARA KERSEY A/K/A BARBARA SEYMOUR; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MAY 16, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 330 FEET OF THE WEST 132 FEET OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
