NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-CA-013452 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Abdelkrim Bensaid; Anni Bensaid; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 29th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, TURNING POINT SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 67, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
