CLEGHORN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH S. CLEGHORN N/K/A JANE DOE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 NKA JOHN DOE, and TENANT #2 NKA JOHN DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 06/11/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT BEGINNING AT A POINT 70 FEET EAST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 4 AND RUN THENCE EAST 47.85 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 109.75 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO A POINT 50 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 3 AND 48.1 FEET WEST OF THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 3, THENCE WEST 48.1 FEET TO A POINT 70 FEET EAST OF THE WEST LINE OF LOT 4, THENCE NORTH 109.75 FEET, MORE OF LESS, TO POINT OF BEGINNING, ALL IN BLOCK 1 OF PARRISHS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 14 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
