NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 28, 2013 in Civil Case No.:29-2008-CA-026921, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LAONS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff, and, LINDA NEWMAN; MANHATTAN PALMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TRI CITY ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR; WACHOVIA BANK, N.A. F/K/A FIRST UNION NATIONAL BANK; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on May 16, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1411, BUILDING 14, OF MANHATTAN PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16728, PAGE 1680, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
