ROSE A/K/A TODD ROSE; TONJA ROSE A/K/A TONJA L. ROSE; INVESTORS LAND TRUST SERVICES, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AS TRUSTEE OF TRUST M113, DATED MARCH 15, 2009; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 06/28/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
