NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2013, entered in Case No. 12 014473 DIV N of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the Holders of the Specialty Underwriting and Residential Finance Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-BC2 is the Plaintiff and James Anthony Rivera; Trina L. Rivera; Brandon Brook Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 30th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK B, BRANDON BROOK, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA.
