NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-019229 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NEW YORK COMMUNITY BANK AS SERVICER FOR THE FDIC AS RECEIVER OF AMTRUST BANK., is the Plaintiff and ELIZABETH A. OLIVER; LVNV FUNDING, LLC, ASSIGNEE OF SEARS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); FISHHAWK RANCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MAY 21, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 2 OF FISHHAWK RANCH PHASE 2 PARCEL “I” UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 86, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
