NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-015227 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. NATIONAL BANK ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST DERIES 2006-2, TBW MORTGAGE BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2, is the Plaintiff and JENNY DIAZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNY DIAZ N/K/A DAVID SOTO; MANHATTAN TOWNHOMES OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR TAYLOR, BEAN & WHITAKER; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY NKA KRISTINE RIOS are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MAY 21, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5 IN BLOCK 1 OF MANHATTAN-HUMPHREY TOWNHOMES UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGES 185-189 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
