NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-020928 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-OPT2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OPT2, is the Plaintiff and JUAN GONZALEZ; CARMEN IRIZARRY; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY; HERITAGE CREST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MAY 21, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 3 OF HERITAGE CREST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
