NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-017380 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORTATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT1, is the Plaintiff and ROBERT MCTAGUE; PRABHJOT K. MCTAGUE; VALHALLA OF BRANDON POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MAY 21, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 7, VALHALLA PHASE 3 -4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 101, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
