NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated FEBRUARY 5, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-008109 DIV. A of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2006 OPT4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006 OPT4, is the Plaintiff and MARY LEWIS; KEVIN LEWIS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR HOME LOAN CENTER, INC., DBA LENDING TREE LOANS; GLADYS LEWIS are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MAY 21, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 527 FEET OF THE NORTH 165.22 FEET, LESS THE WEST 290 FEET OF THE NORTH 150.22 FEET THEREOF OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS EXISTING ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY ON THE WEST SIDE THEREOF.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
