NOTICE of ACTION BEFORE THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION
IN RE: The Teacher's Certificate of:
Bradley F. Gummow

Notice is hereby given to Bradley F. Gummow, Respondent, of the prosecution of an Administrative Complaint seeking the revocation or suspension of his teacher's certificate.
If Respondent, Bradley F. Gummow, wishes to schedule an informal conference under the provisions of Section 120.60(6), Florida Statutes, with all requirements for the retention of the certificate, he should contact Marian Lambeth, Office of Professional Practices Services, Florida Education Center, 325 West Gaines Street, Room 224-E, Tallahassee, Florida 32399, (850) 245-0438.
If such a conference is not requested, this notice shall constitute service of the Administrative Complaint, which shall be filed with the Education Practices Commission.
Failure to file a response to the complaint with the Education Practices Commission, Florida Education Center, 325 West Gaines Street, Room 224, Tallahassee, Florida 32399 by June 28, 2013 shall constitute holding the Respondent in default. The Complaint will then be considered by the Education Practices Commission for final action to impose disciplinary sanctions, including revocation or suspension, under the terms of Section 120.57, 120.60, 1012.79, 1012.795, and 1012.796, Florida Statutes.
