NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 24, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-CA-019419 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR JP MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-WMC2 (JPMMAC 2006-WMC2) is the Plaintiff and BETTY J. SHAFFER; GREGORY A. SHAFFER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 06/05/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
