NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-014067 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT2, is the Plaintiff and SHEILA C. MORALES; PEDRO P. MORALES III; JP MORGAN CHASE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, F.A.; UNKNOWN TENANTS OF THE PROPERTY NKA DARREN HOFFMAN; CHERYL A. MORALES are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MAY 21, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THE PARCELS OF THE LAND IN THE CITY OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 13235, PAGE 1000, I.D. 086923.0000, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS METES AND BOUNDS PROPERTY. THAT PART OF THE WEST 445.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 400.00 FEETV OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING NORTH OF THE S.C.L RAILRAOD FOR THE RIGHT OF WAY, LESS RIGHT OF WAY FOR TURKEY CREEK ROAD AND ROEBUCK ROAD.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
