VAN VORIS; FAITH M. TYNDALL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR TAYLOR, BEAN & WHITAKER.; THE LOFT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III, C/O CT CORPORATION SYSTEM; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSESSION OF THE PROPERTY are the Defendant(s). THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 2C, BUILDING 6, THE LOFTS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE(S) 28, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3394, PAGE(S) 993, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
