NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated February 4, 2010, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-017760, DIVISION: D, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2006KS6,, is Plaintiff and ROBERT BENTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT BENTON IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIS REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 21st day of May, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 165 FEET OF THE NORTH 495 FEET OF THE NW ¼ OF THE SE ¼ OF THE NW ¼ OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE WEST 25 FEET THEREOF FOR COUNTY ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
with the Street address of: 3006 JAP TUCKER ROAD, PLANT CITY, FL 33566.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
