NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 18, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-018561 in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS, TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2005QS15 was the Plaintiff and BRIAN BRADBERRY, ET AL. the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 6th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 4, BLOCK 15, TOWNHOMES OF BAY PORT COLONY, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 101, PAGES 51 THROUGH 55, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
