NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-017692 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association a, is the Plaintiff and Amy Basham, Michael Basham, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Amnet Mortgage, Inc., d/b/a American Mortgage Network of Florida, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 4th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
