NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-019463 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of January 1, 2007 Securitized Asset Backed Receivables, LLC Trust 2007-NC1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-NC1, is the Plaintiff and Santiago Delgado, Gloria E. Delgado, Orange River Estates Homeowners Association, Inc., Royal Hills Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 4th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
