NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-005280 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, is the Plaintiff and Norvelys Diaz, Jorge E. De La Torre, Hillsborough County (Housing and Community Code Enforcement Department), a Political Subdivision, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
