NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-014684 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon, as Successor Trustee under NovaStar Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2005-3, is the Plaintiff and Baleaka Barillas a/k/a Baleska Barillas, Marvin Barillas, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Novastar Mortgage, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Premier Mortgage Funding, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
