NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-008129 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Soundview Home Loan Trust 2006-EQ1, is the Plaintiff and Mark Bond, Mengchuan Bond, Brandon Brook Homeowners Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Equifirst Corporation, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 31st day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
