NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2010, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-022161 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Aurora Loan Services, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Ivan Kauffmann; Palmera Points Condominium Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First Magnus Financial Corporation; Lifestyle Carpets, Inc.; All Pro Lawn Maintenance Inc.; John Doe, N/K/A Jonathan Dejesus; and , are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on June 6, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 7901B Landmark Lane, Bldg. 10, of Palmera Points, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 15983, Page 0711, of the Public Records of Hi1lsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
