NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 7, 2012 and the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated March 7, 2013, in the above-styled case, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at Electronic Auction held at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 19th day of June, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
Lot 4, Block 10, KINGS LAKE PHASE 3, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 94, Page 12, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

BEING all and the same lot of ground which by Special Warranty Deed dated June 18, 2004, and recorded among the Land Records of Hillsborough County, Florida in Liber 13970, Folio 1566, was granted and conveyed by Lennar Homes, Inc. unto Ronald Lapuyade, Sr., a single man.
