NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-008321 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff, and JAY C. HUNDT, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 04 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 30, Block 25, CARROLLWOOD MEADOWS UNIT VII, PHASE 2, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 55, Page 44 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
