Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 17, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
BEGINNING AT A POINT 526 FEET EAST AND 45 FEET SOUTH OF THE NW CORNER OF THE S 1/4 OF NW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 SECTION 6 TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, RUN THENCE SOUTH 100 FEET, EAST 120 FEET, NORTH 100 FEET, WEST 120 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING, LYING AND BEING IN THE COUNTY OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 916 E. NORTH BAY STREET, TAMPA, FL 33603; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on June 5, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
