Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the COUNTY Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 13-370-CO-039, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
THAT CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT F, BUILDING NO. 24, OF UNIT VI, PINEHURST VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 30 AND 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4460, PAGE 1576, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on June 5, 2013. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
