COMMERCE at the northeast corner of said Lot 19, Block D, FIRST ADDITION TO SUNSET POINT, same being a point in the west ROW line of Washington Avenue; THENCE S00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds W, along said ROW line and east line of Lot 19, a distance of 82.50 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE continue S00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds W, along said common line, a distance of 94.06 feet to a point; THENCE S60 degrees 38 minutes 13 seconds W a distance of 19.61 feet to a point in the northerly ROW line of Stevenson Avenue, common with the southerly line of said Lots 19 and 20; THENCE N58 degrees 43 minutes 34 seconds W, along said common line, a distance of 96.56 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 20; THENCE N00 degrees 09 minutes 04 seconds W, along the west line of said Lot 20, a distance of 54.65 feet to a point which bears S00 degrees 09 minutes 04 seconds E, 84.43 feet along said line from the northwest corner of said Lot 20; THENCE S89 degrees 22 minutes 20 seconds E a distance of 99.77 feet to the point of Beginning.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy to your written defenses, if any, to this action on Phelan Hallinan, PLC, attorneys for plaintiff, whose address is 2727 West Cypress Creek Road, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33309, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, either before or immediately thereafter, June 3, 2013 otherwise a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
