NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-009799-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Seascape Condominium Association of Tarpon Springs, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Donna Demercurio and Unknown Tenant n/k/a Amri Doty are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on May 17, 2013, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 106, Building No. 2, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of SEASCAPE CONDOMINIUM OF TARPON SPRINGS, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. 6057, Pages 1298 through 1352, as amended in O.R. 8284, Page 509, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 86, Pages 83 through 87, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
