Final Judgment was awarded on February 12, 2013 in Civil Case No.:52-2008-CA-008038 , of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and, LISETTE M. GUZMAN; JAIME A. GUZMAN; BANK OF AMERICA; ELIZABETH BAMBACE; JOHN DOE; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on May 17, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
