Final Judgment was awarded on March 27, 2013 in Civil Case No.:522010CA008356XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK FSB is the Plaintiff, and, PATRICIA RINGLESPAUGH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA RINGLESPAUGH NKA LEONARD RINGLESPAUGH; UNKNOWN TENANT OR TENANTS IN POSSESSION NKA LANCE ANDERSON; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on May 14, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
