SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is the Plaintiff and DAVID W. WRIGHT; MERRY E. WRIGHT; MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGMENT INC; MRC RECEIVABLES CORPORATION; PREMIER CAPITAL LLC,; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CAPITAL ONE BANK USA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CAPITAL ONE BANK are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MAY 17, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 70 FEET OF LOT 10, DUNEDIN LAKEWOOD ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 32, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
