NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 16th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-009489 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CB6, is Plaintiff and Lisa Washington and Derrell Washington, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 31st day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 40, Less the West 2.5 Feet thereof, Block 9, Bay Vista Park Replat-First Addition, According to the Plat thereof Recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 5, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
