NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure docketed April 4th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-400-CI-13 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and Terry L. McHale, Unknown Spouse of Terry L. McHale, Unknown Tenant #1, and Unknown Tenant #2, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 22nd day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
The North 42 feet of Lot 153, Bon Air, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 4, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
