Notice is given that pursuant to an Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 27, 2013, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-010162 pending in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Branch Banking and Trust Company a North Carolina banking corporation, as successor in interest to Colonial Bank f/k/a Colonial Bank, N.A., a national banking association, by asset acquisition from the FDIC in its capacity as receiver for Colonial Bank, is the Plaintiff and Norma Patricia Breen, Unknown Spouse of Norma Patricia Breen, Clearwater Key Association - South Beach - 1460 Gulf Blvd., Inc. and Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Christy Lono are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder in an online sale accessed through the clerk's website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on May 31, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. the following-described real property set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 206, SAND KEY CONDOMINIUM-SOUTH BEACH-1460 GULF BLVD., a Condominium according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 45, Pages 94 through 100 inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5101, Page(s) 845 through 893 inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
