NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled case, number 12-1561-CI-13 in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, that I, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk, will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 3, Block A, ROBERTA FORBES PARK, according to the plat thereo, as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 85, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, including replacements and additions thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 a.m. on May 31, 2013.
