NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 23, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-007862 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2007-QS5 is the Plaintiff and RYSZARD W. SAJNDA A/K/A RYSZARD SAJNDA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RYSZARD W. SAJNDA A/K/A RYSZARD SAJNDA; KRYSTYNA DZIURA A/K/A KRYSTYNA SAJNDA A/K/A KRYSTYNA D. SAJNDA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 06/07/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
