NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
UNIT 103A, OF BORDEAUX VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM I (PHASE I), ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, AT PAGES 106 AND 107, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN O.R. BOOK 4915, AT PAGE 1290, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. With the following street address: 2431 Heron Terrace, Clearwater, Florida, 33762.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 20, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
