NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit No. D of Building 1846 of EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 1, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof dated April 12, 1979, and recorded April 17, 1979 under Clerk's file No. 79061160, in O.R. Book 4840, page 2052, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, as amended by that certain Amendment to Declaration of Condominium of Eastwood Shores Condominium No. 1 dated July 30, 1979 and recorded August 9, 1979 under Clerk's file No. 79132781 in O.R. Book 4895, pages 858-875, Public Records of Pinellas County. With the following street address: 1846 Bough Avenue, #D, Clearwater, Florida 33760.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 31, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
