NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on a Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated April 9, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-015931 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 22nd day of May, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at website: https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK B, OF STEPHENSON MANOR UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, AT PAGES 17 AND 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
