RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed April 18, 2013 and entered in Case No. 10-009966-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and RAYMOND L. WESTERGARD, JR, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 33, Tarpon Woods 4th Addition, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 80, Page 49 and 50 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
