NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10000398CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and JAMES F. CONNER A/K/A JAMES FRANCIS CONNER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 20 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
CODOMINIUM PARCEL: Unit 115, PATRIOT SQUARE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, SECTION 1, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 12, pages 55 through 58, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3929, pages 725 through 779, inclusive, and re-recorded in Official Records Book 4020 Pages 1274 through 1329, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided share or interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
