Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 09001555CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff, and ROBERT J. WATERSTON IV, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
ALL OF LOT 26, AND THE FOLLOWING PORTION OF LOT 27; FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 27; RUN SOUTHWESTERLY 21.67 FEET ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 27; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 27; SAID POINT BEING 11.62 FEET SOUTHWESTERLY OF THE NORTHEASTERLY COMER OF LOT 27; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY 11.62 FEET ALONG THE SAID NORTH LINE OF LOT 27 TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER THEREOF; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE EASTERN BOUNDARY OF LOT 27 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; BLOCK 7, BAY VISTA PARK REPLAT FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF; AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 5th day of June, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
