YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Condominium Unit No.25 in Building B, of WANDER RESIDENCES OF TIERRA VERDE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 7331 at Page 1497 and any amendments thereto and the Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 106, at Pages 50 through 54, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with exhibits, amendments thereto, and an undivided interest in the common elements.
