YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, MAGNOLIA RIDGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. D, Building 2939, of EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 6, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 5148, Page 1514, amended in O.R. Book 5156, Page 271, O.R. Book 5555, Page 1124, O.R. Book 5468, Page 1010, O.R. Book 5911, Page 1476, O.R. Book 6033, Page 1413, and O.R. Book 6040, Page 534, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 47, Page 116, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2939 Bough Avenue, #D, Clearwater, Florida, 33760.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before June 3, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
