NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-002737-CO-041 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SOUTH PASADENA MOBILE HOME PARK, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF KATHLEEN MACIVER CRAWFORD N/K/A; DONALD GREINER; HEIDI BROTHERS and LORELI MOULTON are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 14th day of June, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
South Pasadena Mobile Home Park, Inc., 801 64th Street South Lot 7-A, St. Petersburg, Florida 33707, for a term of ninety-nine (99) years unless sooner terminated together with all of assignors interest in the master form of right of exclusive possession agreement recorded on September 9, 1993 in O.R Book
8397, Page 903, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida. Parcel #29-31-16-84352-000-0071, ID #4312A802 and the Title # is 4029583.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
