NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-000262-CI 21 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Mary R. Gouge, n/k/a Mary Ruth Cavalcanti; Richard W. Gouge; and Unknown Spouse of Richard W. Gouge, if any, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on June 18, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 6, SUN VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 68 AND 69, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
